1. Offline mode
Click "Off line" button on the toolbar, then you can work offline to prepare white board content. After meeting start, you can easily upload your content into the meeting. |

2. Connect
 method 1:
Choose a server in the dialog, then click OK.
 method 2:
Connect to the default server. |

3. Login
 Click this button. A login dialog will show up: 
Any login name will work, Enter the "auth code" you buy. Just like the phone card, you will be charged upon the "auth code" monthly.

4. Create meeting room
 Click this button. Meeting room dialog will show up:
Enter the meeting room name you want to create, then click "Create" button. The meeting room list will be refreshed automatically. If not, click the "Refresh" button. |

5. Join meeting room
To join a meeting room, in the above meeting room dialog, select a meeting room, click "Join".
To set meeting room passwd, in the above meeting room dialog, select a meeting room, click "Set Passwd" |

6. Start meeting
 Click this green button.The meeting will start, all function activated and timing start. |
